ABOUT
Anneret Wolfaardt (Anne Margaret Pretorius) owner and founder of AM Wolfaardt Registered Physiotherapists, born and raised in the valleys of Tygerberg hills, opened her first practice in Kenridge, Durbanville on the 01 August 1990. During the following 17 years, further practices were established in Oude Westhof, Kendrige, Welgemoed and Brackenfell as physiotherapists with special fields of interest and experiences crossed paths with Anneret. During 2003 a wonderful opportunity was offered and the practices involved at that stage, relocated to Intercare Medical and Dental Center, Tyger Valley on 1st June 2004.

The practices attend to the needs of both in- and out-patients.

- We provide sub-acute rehabilitation services at Intercare Tyger Valley Sub-acute hospital, covering orthopedic, medical and neurological conditions.

The meaning behind our logo
​
A: Represents the standard of services we aim to render at our practice.
M: The “M” in our logo AMW symbolizes the green Tygerberg hills and valleys surrounding the practice. It also represents the highs and lows during your rehabilitation process, during which we will be available to assist you. Where better to apply and administer your rehabilitation program, than closer to home, amongst the hills and valleys of Tygerberg. The letter "M" also symbolizes the marketing company of the practice - Green Valley Rehab Marketing PTY (Ltd).
W: The “W” in our logo AMW represents water. This symbolizes agility, flexibility, power and movement, which is demonstrated while watching a river wind its way down valleys and mountains. As physiotherapists, our aim is to restore the same characteristics back into daily function.
